General Information

Bookings can be made online using the secure Bookalet system which shows up-to-date availability and prices. Payment can either be made securely online via Stripe, using the payment link sent to you with your booking confirmation, or by bank transfer. We realise that not all of our guests are comfortable using online booking and payment systems, so we are more than happy to provide this service via phone or email – use the details provided at the top of the page.

The booking system will send you automatic emails at every stage of the booking process outlining any action required. The system will remind you when payments are due. Directions and entry details will be emailed to you on receipt of the balance of your holiday.

Please note that check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. We may be able to offer earlier or later times – please liaise with us directly.
